Why should I rent from Disney Vacation Home Let?

We are individual property owners that have set higher standards than what you find through properties normally managed by a Tour/Management Company. We have formed an association that requires each home to meet these high standards and we constantly seek ways to make our guests stay pleasurable and stress free. The value is outstanding – compare us to a hotel in price and privacy. As you may know, the privacy of staying in “your own” home is wonderful compared to a single hotel room. We offer VALUE, IMPECCABLE SERVICE AND A COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND....


How do I make a reservation?

You can search availability online and book immediately on our site.  If you require any further assistance or information, then please email us at info@disneyvacationhomelets.com  We will assist you as soon as possible and guide you thorugh the reservation process.


How do I pay for my rental?

After you complete the reservation form, You will receive a confirmation by email. All payment amounts and information will be in that email. The initial $300 booking deposit toward payment of the rental is due within 24 hours, with the balance due 56 days in advance. You can pay by check,a bank transfer,  money order or credit card. Credit card payments have a 4% transaction fee added to the total. If you make a reservation inside 56 days, then the full payment will be due immediately.

Where do I check in?

In your confirmation email, you will either receive a 4 digit random code (depending on what locking system each home has)-you will use this code to enter the property. There is not a need to visit our onsite location. This is great for late night arrivals! Or at times it may be simple instructions regrading your acces to the door lock. Either way, we make it easy for you to gain access easily into your vacation home!

How old are your homes?

The majority of our homes are less than 2- just under about 4 years old. Nevertheless all our homes are very well furnished and highly, maintained. 


What is provided in the home?

All our homes are EXECUTIVE homes. The EXECUTIVE homes have all the extra amenities included at no additional charge . All linens, towels and washcloths are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with icemaker, etc.), dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, toaster.


What is provided?

The initial setup includes – toilet tissue in each bathroom, paper towels (at times), a trash can liner, and small bars of soap for the baths.  After you arrive, you will need to shop for the above supplies to last for your entire stay. You will also need to bring beach towels for the pool area. However all the homes have surplus of towels for inside use in the villas


What if I have to cancel?

If you cancel outside the specific period before your arrival (see our terms ) you may pay an administration fee of $300. In some rare cases we try to be flexible to arrange something for you, a fee may still apply-to avoid your complete loss of payment.
